Retirement
Dear Parents,
I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring as Head teacher of Kimberworth Primary School at the end of the summer term, 31st August 2019. It has been an absolute privilege and pleasure to have been the Head teacher of the school for the past nine years.
I have worked in nine schools over my career and I can honestly say that this has been the best school that I have worked in, with the most amazing, caring, dedicated staff that I have ever had the pleasure to work with and also with such wonderful children who are a real credit to you all.
I would like to thank you all for the support that you have given to the school whilst I have been the Head teacher and I will be very sad to retire and leave such a great school.
The governors have begun the process of recruiting a new Head teacher who will be very fortunate to take Kimberworth Primary School on the next stage of its journey.
Kind regards
Marion Tapp
Head teacher
