This week we have had a science week in school. On Tuesday all the classes had to find ways to ‘save the Egg’

Each class was provided with one fresh egg. the children had to investigate ways to protect the egg when it was dropped from a specified height . Each group of children in each class were given two sheets of A4 paper, one sheet of A3 paper, one sheet of A4 card and 2m of string, sellotape, glue and scissors. The children were not allowed to use anything else to come up with their design. A group of children came up with the winning idea that prevented the egg from breaking when it was dropped. Well done to everyone there were some amazing ideas.
