As part of our topic on Victorian Britain, we studied some famous Victorians.

One person we researched was William Morris, an artist who was born in 1834.

He was famous for creating repeating patterns, taking inspiration from nature. These were then used for wallpapers and textiles.

We used pencils and watercolours to create our own work based on William Morris designs.

These were very intricate and lots of skills were used, as well as perseverance.

We are very proud of the results.
