Fees

All payments must be paid on Arbor in advance of booking.

Because our overheads remain the same, unfortunately, your payments must still be made if your child attends their session or not, this includes illness and any days off outside the holiday entitlement.

Our holiday entitlement is 2 weeks at half price in any 12 month period. This is pro-rated for example if your child only attends 1 session a week then their entitlement for the year is 2 days.

There is no discount for siblings.

You are required to give a minimum a 4 weeks’ notice in writing to terminate your child’s place in daycare or F1.

You are required to give a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice in writing in order to change your child’s hours/sessions in daycare of F1.

Fees are reviewed annually in September, and parents/carers will be advised of any increases before they are added to invoices.

Wraparound Care Prices - September 2025/2026:

Breakfast Club - 7:45am – 8:30am

£3.00

Half Day Session AM - 8.40am - 11.40am

£12.00

Half Day Session PM - 12.20pm - 3.20pm

£12.00

Full Day Session - 8:40am - 3:20pm

£24.00

Lunches for both Daycare & F1 are charged at £3.40 per day. Please book and pay in advance on Arbor. Packed Lunches from home are welcome.
